1. Place Your Order
Choose your mug size and color as usual.

2. Send Us Your Pet’s Photo & Name
📸 Tip: The better the photo, the better the portrait!
After checkout, email your pet’s photo and name to hellopawsinprint@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @pawsinprint_
Be sure to include your order number.

We’ll send you a preview of your pet portrait before printing to make sure you're happy with it.
Once approved, your mug will be printed and shipped. (Delivery times vary by location.)

IMPORTANT: The portrait will be based only on the photo you send — including pose, expression, and color.

No problem! If you'd like 2 or 3 pets on the same item:

• Send additional pet photo(s) to the email or Instagram above.

• We'll send you a secure $8 payment link per extra pet.

• Each added pet requires personalized adjustments to ensure they look perfect together!

3. We Create Your Custom Piece
Our artists will turn your pet into a one-of-a-kind keepsake.
Once finalized, your design goes into production and is shipped straight to your door!

Due to the custom nature of our products, we can’t accept returns or exchanges.

• All portraits feature only your pet’s head and shoulders.

• If you don’t approve the preview within 2 days, it will be printed as is. No changes can be made after that.

• By placing an order, you agree your pet’s portrait may be shared on our social media or used in promotions. (Let us know if you’d prefer it not to be.)
