Customizing Your Order Is Easy!
1. Place Your Order
Choose your preferred frame size and finish as usual.
2. Send Us Your Pet’s Photo, Name & Details
📸 Tip: A clear, well-lit photo makes all the difference!
After checkout, email your pet’s photo, name, date of passing (optional) and short tribute or message to hellopawsinprint@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @pawsinprint_
Make sure to include your order number.
We’ll send you a preview of your custom pet portrait before printing to ensure you love it.
Once you approve the design, your framed artwork will be printed and shipped. (Delivery times vary by location.)
IMPORTANT: The portrait will be based solely on the photo you provide — including pose, expression, and coloring.

No problem! To include 2 or 3 pets in the same artwork:
Just send additional pet photo(s) to the email or Instagram above.
We'll send you a secure $10 payment link per extra pet.
Each added pet is carefully adjusted to ensure the final artwork looks balanced and beautiful!

Important Notes
• Please provide a full-body photo of your pet. The artwork will feature your pet’s full body unless otherwise requested. Make sure the entire body is visible, well-lit, and not cropped.
• If you don’t approve the preview within 2 days, it will be printed as-is.
• No changes can be made after approval or once the 2-day window has passed.
• By ordering, you agree your pet’s portrait may be featured on our social media or in promotions. (Let us know if you prefer to opt out.)
